Fabian Kiepenheuer | Associate

Fabian Kiepenheuer, born in Zurich in 1981, studies architecture at ETH Zurich and completes his degree at ETH Studio Basel in 2008 under Professors Roger Diener and Marcel Meili, with an urban study of Belgrade.

He joins Diener & Diener Architekten in Basel in 2011. He initially contributes to various new-build and refurbishment projects as a sub-project leader. From 2015 to 2016, he is an assistant at the Chair of Architecture of Territory in ETH Zurich's Department of Architecture. He becomes an Associate in 2022. He coordinates studies and competitions and plays a key role in their architectural and urban design development. In doing so, he combines the organisation of design processes with the conceptual development of the practice's competition entries.
